Our Shipping Policy

Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Gurgaon, India. Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Your order can take between 2-10 business days to arrive, based on your location. Please note shipping speed comes into effect once your order has been processed from our end (usually dispatched within 1-3 day).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note we are not responsible for any shipping delays as it is handled by a third-party vendor. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days please send us an email at grey.area.of.us@gmail.com 

International Shipping- 

We currently ship in India. However, if you like our stuff and are from a different country just send a mail at grey.area.of.us@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your order if circumstances allow.

Return/ Exchange/Refund

Policy

All sales are final unless the item is damaged. If the item is damaged, write to us at grey.area.of.us@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and attach an unboxing video of your order received so that we can review it. The following details should be clearly visible in the unboxing video:

- The packaging (if the outer packaging is damaged, please show that as well)

 - The damaged product

If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as it’s back in stock. In case your item won’t be restocked, we will refund you. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and it must also be in the original packaging.

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. 

Please note, if there’s an unexpected delay you should contact your respective bank. 

Also take into account that we are a small business, the shipping money will be refunded as well, while initiating a return or an exchange, we will not be paying for the shipping cost required to send the item from the customer's location to our warehouse.

In all cases of exchange, return and refund the original product must be sent back to us.
